Leadership Academy

Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Academy Program. Please read the application instructions thoroughly to ensure you submit a complete application packet. If the application page, signature page or any of the attachments are missing the applicant will be disqualified.

Instructions To Complete Initial Process For Leadership Academy.

Follow the Application Checklist on this page from items #1 through #6. The application for Leadership Academy is not completed until all the checklist steps have been completed.

Please Note: Applications will be disqualified if there are missing documents.


Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on April 9, 2021. All necessary documents, such as Essays, Signature Page, Transcripts (or most recent report card), and two Letters Of Reference (one letter must be from a high school representative), must be submitted by 5:00 PM on April 30, 2021. Applications will be disqualified if all necessary documentation is submitted after 5:00 PM on April 30, 2021.


Leadership Academy interviews will take place later in May 2021.

You will receive an email from Sandy Montgomery with the date and time of your interview. You must reply to the email to confirm your interview date and time.

You will not receive a second email or phone call reminding you of your interview. Please make note of the date and time of your interview.

Interviews take place at the Stanislaus County Office of Education at 1100 H Street, Modesto. If public health guidelines do not allow for in-person gatherings due to the state of the COVID crisis, interviews will be held virtually via technology-based platforms.

Unauthorized use is prohibited. Usage may be subject to security testing and monitoring. Misuse is subject to criminal prosecution. There is no expectation of privacy except as otherwise provided by applicable privacy laws.
